Just before the last leaves fell a few short weeks ago, Lauren and Charlie were taking a warm stroll through the bright colors of North Campus at the University of Georgia. This fun engagement session on the edge of downtown Athens was so much fun! As you’ll see (at the bottom of this post), there’s no force that can rival the love these two amazing people share. Not even a heated college football rivalry!
Although they met at a Georgia-Florida game and Charlie graduated for the UGA Law School, he still burns a candle for Georgia Tech. As Lauren tells it, “Charlie was on a Bachelor party.. haha! Besides meeting at that game, we also have many mutual friends, including a couple who married around the time we began dating. We were both in their wedding and, surprise surprise, we walked down the aisle together.”
Low and behold, there is now another aisle in their near future. And we can’t wait to see them walk up it together as husband and wife!!
Beyond the obvious good-lookin’ exterior of this model couple, I loved observing the warmth, kindness, and good-natured fun these two enjoy together. As Lauren told us, “Charlie is smart, thoughtful, hardworking, handsome and easygoing!” Apparently the feelings are mutual; describing Lauren to us, Charlie used words like “beautiful, smart, selfless – always the life of the party!”
Congratulations, Lauren and Charlie! Enjoy every moment preparing for your marriage. You have so much to look forward to! We can’t wait!
