A chill still hung in the air as, his arm around her, they climbed the green hilltop through morning mist. A shiny streak across the grass, where her dress had dragged the clinging dew drops, led straight to them. Distant mountains were just becoming more visible in the rising light.
Lisa and Bob made this early morning engagement session in Dahlonega, GA, one of the most fun (and most beautiful) in recent history. Lisa’s family used to own this property, and her grandfather even built the red barn that still stands here (you can see it below). Today it is the beautiful Three Sisters Vineyards and winery, one of the very first in an area that’s becoming known for its fruit. Thankfully, Bob is something of a wine aficionado to boot; so we got to experience this amazing place through both the senses of sight and taste.
I love how comfortable these two are in each other’s arms — and then can flip a switch, turning romance to laughter and fun. I’ve already had such a wonderful time getting to know you two, Lisa and Bob. We’re very happy you found each other, and can’t wait to celebrate your marriage soon! Congratulations. 🙂
