the verdict is in, marvel comics fans. spiderman has chosen his bride. and it wasn’t m.j.

you may remember lindsay and gavin, whose spiderman-themed engagement session actually got us a little international press among pro photographers. well, they’re finally hitched. and we couldn’t be happier for them! in our book, gavin and lindsay are a couple of the very few real-life superheroes walking the planet today — people who really and truly live a life of love and altruism that affects everyone they meet. they’ve certainly left their mark on eileen and me; they constantly come up in our conversation as one of the most pleasant and heart-warming couples we’ve had the honor to work with. and, boy, did all that good karma they generate pay off on their wedding day?! what a celebration! what a super couple of crazy kids to celebrate! well see for yourself …

(and keep an eye out for all the hidden spiderman references within the images. how many can you find?)

p.s. big news on the home front! our newborn baby came early!  jasmine marie pascual blume (but you can call her “jazz”) arrived last wednesday, june 23!! a healthy baby girl, ringing in at 6 lbs. 2 oz. (and gaining!), with a thick head of hair, and… (drum roll…) even dimples. what more could a proud daddy ask for? (finally, a third shooter to support the family business.) keep watching the blog — jasmine’s newborn photos are coming soon.  🙂
