How did you two meet?
Our parents went to high school together, and we grew up together. We have been a part of the same group of friends and been a part of the same church throughout our lives. We started dating Russ’s first year at Georgia Southern and my senior year of high school.

Elizabeth, how would you describe your groom?
Russ is the type of man that would do anything for anyone. He has a kind heart and caring spirit. He is the type of person you could be around at all times and never get bored. His fun loving attitude keeps everyone laughing. He is probably the most unintentionally funny person I know. Not to mention he is dashingly handsome! I appreciate the fact that we were friends long before we started dating. I am just lucky enough that I get to marry my best friend!

Russ, how would you describe your bride?
Elizabeth is the sweetest and most caring person that I know. She always is laughing and making my day just that much better. We have been friends since before I can remember so we know each other pretty well.

What do you want your friends to say about your wedding?
We want our friends to have a wonderful time and dance the night away. We want our wedding to be remembered as a classic southern party where everyone can enjoy themselves with ease.
