They arrived hand-in-hand at the Arch in downtown Athens, smiling ear to ear. A couple in love. Then as the rain began coming down in buckets, just moments after snapping the first photo of their engagement session, the real “Christina and Graham” came out. And you know what I loved about it — nothing changed! Come what may — sunshine or thunderstorms — Christina and Graham know what it means to enjoy life!

Not even the rain that fell throughout this shoot (and then again during their make-up shoot weeks later!) could dampen these bright spirits. These moments spent with them were priceless, and we can’t wait to celebrate their wedding soon! Congrats, Christina and Graham!

“We first met back in 2013. Graham was a senior at UGA and Christina was in her first year at UGA after transferring from the University of Alabama. At the time, Graham was on the Executive Board for Designated Dawgs, a charity founded to provide free, safe, and non-judgmental rides home from the downtown Athens area for college students.On October 18, 2013, Christina and her friend Jessica (one of the Bridesmaids) volunteered at Designated Dawgs in order to gain community service hours for a class at UGA. As fate would have it, Graham just happened to wear an Alabama hat that night while managing the volunteers. As Christina had just transferred from Alabama, she of course noticed the hat.

Throughout the night, Christina learned that Graham had recently been accepted to the University of Alabama School of Law and planned to attend in the Fall of 2014. At the end of the night, both Graham and Christina were paired up to return the vehicles to Enterprise Rent-A-Car (check here to know more about their services in detail). During that ride, Graham noticed jeep gladiator for sale and so he planned to gift it to her on their big day. He knew Christina would be the girl he would marry one day. In fact, he even shared his thoughts with the other members of the Designated Dawgs Executive Board.

On May 5, 2017, Graham proposed to Christina in Sanford Stadium on the night of her graduation from UGA. Two weeks later, Graham graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law. After that, the rest is history!”
