Lexi and Ben are an incredible team. We’ve loved getting to observe their sweet, unspoken communication (mainly comprised of laughter and flirtatious glances) as well as some of their most endearing quirks. For instance, we can’t help but chuckle when Lexi asks Ben to make a decision, then clears her throat when she’d prefer him to make a different one. Haha! We’re also completely enchanted by the other two members of their family, their super cute pups Otis and Melody. They’re such good dogs, it’s no wonder they get so much tender attention from Lexi and Ben. And to think this family began with latin food and an awkward hug. We’ll let them explain..

How did you two meet?
“Ben was a regular customer at a restaurant in Atlanta where Lexi worked – Hankook Taqueria. For the first eight months Ben was too nervous to even speak with Lexi, but he knew at first glance that Lexi was the one for him. Finally, Ben worked up the courage to really talk with Lexi, and after the most awkward hug a first date has ever witnessed, the rest is history.”

Lexi, tell us a little about Ben.
“Handsome, loving, solid, reliable, and funny in the kind of way that makes you roll your eyes and snicker. He exudes a kind of confidence that people are just attracted to. Great beard!”

Ben, how would you describe Lexi?
“Lexi is beautiful, passionate, and caring. She’s not vain but takes pride in how she looks. She’s strong-willed, says the funniest things at the most unexpected times, and has an incredible work ethic.”

Congratulations, you guys. We’re so happy for you — and for Otis and Melody, who undoubtedly have many adventures to look forward to with their favorite humans.
