it just so happens that kristen and will’s wedding took place on the all-time, record-breaking hottest day in recent atlanta history. well up into the triple digits. but you wouldn’t know it, looking back on all the timeless moments from their glorious day! in fact, everyone managed to stay quite comfortable, allowing the excitement of the day to distract us from the sun. and thankfully, the spacious interiors of peachtree christian church and summerour studio provided ready retreats from our strategically short, outdoor photo escapades. besides, you really can’t complain about a day with light that looks this good — and the fact that the patio cocktail hour got moved inside meant we had complete creative use of summerour’s beautiful exterior spaces for kristen and will’s portraits! the italian villa-style grounds were full of inspiration — especially when these two young lovebirds stepped into each scene. talk about a silver lining!

and we have to rave about kristen and will’s family and friends, too:  i’ve never met a more welcoming, punctual, relaxed, fun-loving group. they made our work such a blast. but what else can you expect from folks who hang around with these two? from our first meeting with kristen and will, to their engagement shoot and then wedding day, their constant enthusiasm and ready smiles put us completely at ease. you really can’t help but fall in love with these two, and understand immediately why they’re so perfect for each other.

congratulations, kristen and will! we’re so happy for you, and so excited to see what your life together  has in store! thanks for letting us share in this amazing part of your adventure.
