One thing was clear when we first met Jessica. She came into the studio with her super sweet friend, Ally, and we immediately hit it off. Eileen and I had a ball hearing about Jessica and Adam’s recent wedding and all the exciting stuff they’re looking forward to together as man and wife. We were immediately drawn in by these girls’ energy, excitement, and creative thinking. It was clear this was going to be one fun encore session — provided, of course, that Adam didn’t turn out to be a real stick in the mud. Luckily, Adam is equal parts male model and fun-loving goofball, just like his beautiful wife. (That is, not the “male model” part — just sayin’, they’re both a perfect balance of good looks and down-to-earth great people!) P.S. Big shout-out to our girl, Ally, who came along and made our jobs a million times more fun with her ninja fast dress fixing skills and smiles. (The smiles weren’t ninja-fast. Just the dress fixing.)

We love everything about this shoot, from drop-dead gorgeous wedding dress (amazing design and textures!) to the splashes of red (go dawgs!) and completely tender, easy moments between these newlyweds. There’s something uniquely sweet about capturing the love of a time-tested, happily married couple (even if the time is still comparatively short to the long adventure they have ahead of them).
