To share in so many meaningful, deeply felt moments on a couple’s wedding day is truly to observe history in the making. It’s what makes our vantage point from behind the lens such an honor — and so much fun! Eileen and I love every minute of it. But some of the couples, like Megan and Andrew, will always stand out in our minds. Not just because of their wedding’s beautiful details, although this particular celebration undoubtedly came together in exquisite fashion. It’s because of a special connection we feel to them and their family. From the time we met, through the fun of their engagement shoot, to having them in our home and the back-and-forth of last-minute wedding day planning, Megan and Andrew not only impressed us with their maturity and lovingkindness toward one another — they also made us feel like part of their family. We were blessed by their warmth, grateful spirits and the warmth of their entire family, especially Megan’s mom, Angel, as we got to know them all. We sincerely hope to pick up a racket with these two fellow tennis-lovers sometime, so they can swiftly clobber us on the court. (After all, I know that would be the outcome; yet I know they’d be totally gracious about it, too.) 😉  Congrats, you two! We’re looking forward to getting to know you even better in the future and to seeing what amazing things the Lord does through you in your life together. It’s gonna be awesome!
